We are a secured facility for Dementia and Alzheimer patience.
Medication management by a licensed RN as well as 90 day wellness checks.
Incontinent products and personal hygiene products will be billed out monthly if not provided by family or medicaid.
Transportation provided at additional charge for medical appointments.
All rooms include WIFI & Cable, beds and dresser (optional) At no cost
Enjoy your privacy and dignity of our private rooms with easy access to bathroom. (Medicaid does not pay for private rooms)
Our semi private rooms occupy two residence, Individual closets, Rooms are divide by a privacy curtain to preserve privacy and dignity.
(Medicaid covered)
Our Large spacious private rooms can be set up for sleeping area and living or work space.
(Medicaid does not pay for large private rooms) Can be obtained for an additional cost.
Up to 12 hours at a time, all meals and snacks are included, showers can be arranged.
